Here at J.Meads & Associates we are able to supply suitably qualified nursing staff to the Primary Care Sector. We are registered and inspected yearly by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). All of our recruitment processes are required to meet the minimum standard as set out by the Commission, and are subject to inspection by them.

Ensuring this process runs smoothly is the responsibility of our Nursing Advisor Avril Edwards. Avril has first-hand experience of the Health Care profession at all levels. Her career has taken her from SRN, through Ward Sister and Departmental Manager to Senior Nurse Manager of a staff of 400! Avril also has the honour of an MBE for services to nursing.

We recruit staff only after a personal interview, written assessment and a minimum of 2 professional references. All our nursing staff are verified with the National Medical Council (NMC). Criminal records and POVA checks are carried out before any staff are offered assignments - giving you complete peace of mind.
