Medical
Record Summarising < back
to services
Since December 2000 J.Meads & Associates
have been involved in assisting both PCTs and individual
practices with medical record summarising. We have assisted
practices across the country and extensively within the
West Midlands, Worcestershire, Leicestershire, and Yorkshire.
Projects completed to date include:-
-
Summarising to computer 121,000 records
for North East Leeds PCG
-
Summarising to computer 97,524 records
for Wychavon PCG
-
Project managing medical record summarising for Wakefield
West PCT
-
Summarising training programme for Eastern Wakefield
PCT
We are able to offer an independent team to deliver the
electronic summary in Primary Care therefore negating the
need for practices to provide their own (already scant) resources.
Many practices do not have the manpower resources to deliver
the necessary work.
The resulting electronic summary will
be a record detailing the major 'life events' and outline
history of each patient, providing a disease register and
support for current and emerging National Service Frameworks
along with the new GP contract
In-house summarising training
sessions are also available to the Primary Healthcare Team.
So
whether you require your whole list size summarised or just
have a backlog please contact
us to obtain a tailored quotation.
