February already, where does the time go? Although it has been very cold here in Warwickshire, the snow has so far kept away. However I suppose we should not speak too soon.

Work is coming in steadily so please answer our phone calls and e-mails.
It is also helpful to have your availability.

Vacancies we are finding difficulty filling always go on the website, so please ensure you keep an eye on it, just in case you feel you or someone you know can cover these assignments for us.

We desperately need summarisers in Brighton, so if you feel you can help please get in touch urgently.

We will have to let you know next time who has won the voucher for working in January because as far as payroll is concerned we still have another week to go.

Could we urge all members of our team that need work permits to ensure you send us a copy of any you have extended. You also need to reply to our letters immediately when we send you one saying your visa will be expiring. We cannot let you work for us with an expired visa.

Similarly for nurses could you please let us have copies of any training updates you have undertaken or copies of new NMC certificates.

Please make sure you put your payroll number of any timesheets you send in, this makes the process so much smoother and quicker at our end.
